are passionate about patient care
are eager to work with Atom to grow their practice in ways that benefit mental health professionals, patients, and their communities
want to retain their independence while obtaining the benefits associated with becoming part of a larger organization
You know your practice, your patients, and your community better than anyone. We know how to help you meet their needs.
Operating Support.
Spend less time on the "business end" of your practice, as the Atom team handles the tasks that it makes sense to take off your plate (e.g., billing, insurance credentialing, recruiting, marketing, expanding services).
Growth.
Work with us to develop a tailored strategy to grow your practice. We fund your practice's expansion, build the infrastructure to efficiently manage the non-clinical aspects of your practice, and help you offer your patients the services that they need.
Continuity.
Taking on a financial partner or business partner can be risky to your practice's culture and disruptive to your patients and staff. With Atom, that's never a problem (you can check our references).
Financial Gain.
Whether we enter into a sale or a services agreement, Atom will improve the economic performance of your practice.
Improved Quality of Life and Work Satisfaction.
Earning more is a "win." At Atom, we offer providers and practice owners a "win-win," where financial gain is accompanied by improved quality of life in which you are able to do the work you are passionate about, unencumbered by administrative and operational tasks that currently weigh you down.
Clinicians & Practice Owners win.
Spend less time on the "business end" of your practice.
Larger suite of services and treatments to offer patients.
Immediate, upfront financial gain.
Long-term stake in more lucrative practice.

Who We Are
Jordan Harap
Founder & CEO
Jordan founded Atom Partnerships in 2020 with the mission to help mental health practices reach their full potential by helping mental health professionals offer their patients a wider range of integrated care.
Jordan’s passion for building, operating, and improving businesses began in college, when he managed a company that served as the primary provider of shipping and storage services to the university and its student body. As an attorney and consultant, he has honed his knowledge of various industries, including healthcare, financial services, and energy. In his career as a trial lawyer, Jordan represented an array of clients, including hospital service providers and pharmacy benefit managers. During law school, Jordan was a member of the Health Law and Policy Clinic, where he worked on litigation defending the Affordable Care Act and other legislative and regulatory projects aimed at increasing access to quality health care.
As an attorney, Jordan has spent six years in the business of disputes and controversy. But he greatly prefers harmony to conflict—just ask his beloved dog Lillian, to whom he has never uttered a cross word, no matter how much food she steals from his plate. Jordan’s goal is to enter into collaborative partnerships that improve businesses while also improving the lives that those businesses touch. Jordan received a JD from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.xt here :)
